Non-urgent issues
For non-urgent issues, email support@freedomsuites.com.au with:
- Your name and suite number
- Your location
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo, if possible
We'll acknowledge your request and arrange for the appropriate tradesperson or staff member to follow up. Response times vary depending on urgency and the nature of the issue.
